Just about "احبا" instead "احباء
we have two reading modes: diplomatic and normalized. In the normalized mode, I try to give add information that might help the reader. This is the case in احباء. But if you switch in the diplomatic mode, you will see that there is no hamza.

Folio 125v l.3: المجتوم was an error but I think the reading is actually المحتوم (translating "destinatus est"), and not المختوم. What do you think?

Yes absolutely; we find a similar example on the same folio, line 2 : اللحمه

But it is still interesting to think about the meaning of المحتوم and of المختوم
